Each capsule contains a proprietary blend of:

• Citrus bioflavonoids extract 310mg 
• German chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla 24:1 extract 100mg) equiv to dry flower 2.4g
• Cacao (Theobroma cacao 30:1 extract 40mg) equiv. to dry seed 1.2g

Adult:  Take 2 capsules daily in the morning or evening, on an empty stomach.

When additional support is needed it is safe to take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules at night on an empty stomach. However, we recommend working under the guidance of a Health Care Practitioner or contact info@salvacare.co.nz for further guidelines or support.

Child (6-12 yrs) : Half the recommended adult dose or consult your health care provider.
