MEAT GLUE
Meat Glue is often referred to as the meat industry's "dirty little secret". Sold by the kilo, this white powder is used to stick together off cuts of beef, meat, lamb or fish. Previously offcuts may have been thrown away, but with the use of meat glue, they resemble a solid piece of meat.
